TKD is a Korean Martial Art combining combat and self-defense techniques with sport and exercise. TKD training generally includes a system of blocks, kicks, punches, and open-hand strikes, and may also include take-downs, throws, pressure points, and self-defense techniques borrowed from other types of martial arts.
